Playinnovation Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license to any third party.

7. In-App Purchases

If applicable, in-app purchases and subscriptions may be made through the app. All payments are processed via the Apple App Store under their payment terms. Refund policies follow those provided by Apple, and any pricing is subject to change without notice.

The trademark is registered under the application number UK00909411521 in the United Kingdom, and the trademark covers various classes, including games, toys, and sporting equipment (Class 028), entertainment services (Class 041), and others related to printed materials and clothing.

All content and materials within the app, including trademarks, logos, text, and images, are the property of Playinnovation Limited or its licensors. You may not use any content from the app without our explicit permission, except for personal use as permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playinnovation Limited shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app or inability to access it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law
